From Easter 2011 the villa will be available for rental. The photos show the house still largely unfurnished. Of course, the furniture and garden furniture will be placed.

May, June, September, October: € 1000 p.week.
Airconditioning in July and August: €5. Compulsory final cleaning: € 120
Bed linen € 4,50 and towels € 4,50 per person (allowed to bring your own).
Deposit: 200 €.
Pets not allowed. Smoking inside is not allowed.
Changeover day in high season Saturday or Sunday, and during other months free.
