In Denia is this very special house with lot of room inside and outside. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to allow sufficient room for 12 persons. In the winter months a part of te villa will be closed; there remains a pleasant house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 people. The lounge / dining room has a cozy atmosphere with fireplace and a bar. The kitchen is very spacious and has modern equipment. There is satellite TV. Wifi is available at extra cost. Currently, the villa was not yet fully furnished, but this will in any case be realized at the start of the lease.
The
villa stands on a huge plot of 2000 m² with beautiful old
pine trees. There are shady and sunny terraces. Obviously
there is a pool and you will have sea views. At the entrance is a
covered
terrace. The distance to the center of Denia, supermarkets and beaches
is approximately 3 km.
The prices in 2010 / 2011:
Whole villa up to 12 people:
- July, August: €1700 p.w.
- Christmas, Holy Week, 27/8-10/9: €1200 p.w.
- 30/4 - 9/7, 10/9 - 12/11: €900 p.w.
Part of the villa up to 4 people:
- Christmas, Holy Week, 27/8-10/9: €800 p.w.
- 30/4 - 9/7, 10/9 - 12/11: €600 p.w.
- Winter stay: €200 per week, at least 4 weeks.
Heatng: €50 per week.
Final cleaning: €150 (4 people or less: €80).
Linen €4,50 and towels €4,50 per person (allowed to bring your own).
Deposit: €200.
Pets allowed. Smoking only outside.
Changeover day in high season Saturday or Sunday. Other months free to choose.
