- July an August: €1350 per week.
- 15th April - 30th June, September, October: €750 for the entire villa; €500 for only the upper apartment.
- During the winter months: €200 per week (only upper apartment).
All prices include linen, internet (wifi) final cleaning and energy (except for heating during the winter). Safety deposit: €150
At reservation 30% of the rent price has to be paid. The remaining at least 4 weeks before the rent period starts.
The rent period starts at Saturday 4.00 PM and ends at Saturday 10.00 AM. During the mid season and the low season different periods are possible. Please ask for. Upon your arrival at the house, you will be given the keys.
We have mountain bikes available for rent. Price: 40 euros per bike per week.
