The bungalow is 800 meters from the coast near Denia (Costa Blanca). Within walking distance there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.
Because the plot is walled, you'll enjoy maximum privacy. The bungalow has a private pool (8 x 4 m) with outdoor hot shower and a garden of approx 700 m2 with terraces. Parking is possible on site.
The house has air conditioning, heating and internet. A large flat screen color television with DVD, video and home cinema systems are available.
The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences,
dishwasher, microwave oven / microwave, large fridge / freezer. Also a
washer and dryer are available. The large bathroom has two sinks,
bidet, shower and separate toilet. The second bathroom has a shower,
sink and toilet.
The lounge and dining room are cozy and tastefully decorated. The
bedrooms have comfortable beds. Of course there is garden furniture
available, sun loungers and a barbecue on the spacious veranda.
